⬆️From The training camp location to the airport was smooth sailing I mean look at my big smile.
⬆️we got there the night prior to leaving because we had a early flight so we set up for the night.
we checked in and waited for our flight to land in Newark which we were only supposed to be there for a few hours to then reach our last flight to Guatemala, but as you know the Lord sometimes doesn’t work on our timing… and with that our flight got canceled. Which led us to spend another whole day in the airport.
I felt so defeated. I wanted to go home but after a quick phone call with my sissy wissy and journal entry later I felt better.
After two days of sleeping on cold floors our flight finally was ready for us to hop on.
My smile came back and after 4 hours later we made it to Guatemala. Throughout this the lord truly taught me how to not focus on what’s getting thrown in my face but to focus on what the Lord said he has for you. I truly lived out proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding”
